How does perceived underemployment influence expatriate job-related outcomes? A moderated mediation study

Abstract

Although research has investigated the consequences of underemployment in domestic settings, research on the effects of underemployment among expatriates remains limited and has yielded inconsistent results. From a theoretical perspective, there is a need for a better understanding of the mechanisms through which underemployment affects various work-related outcomes and to account for potential contingencies. Drawing on the person-job fit literature and research on organizational identification, we theorise and empirically examine how and under what conditions underemployment influences expatriate performance. Using an original primary data-set of 103 Japanese expatriate managers in the UK, we find that underemployment affects expatriate work outcomes by increasing expatriates’ maladjustment and that this effect is moderated by the level to which expatriates identify with their organization.

CPFR是一种协同式的供应链库存管理技术,建立在JMI和VMI的最佳分级实践基础上,能同时降低分销商的存货量,增加供应商的销售量。在深入研究了CPFR模型及内部结构的基础上,利用先进的Fuzzy-AHP方法对CPFR进行了评价体系模型的构建。基于新方法的评价结果比原有的经典方法更准确、更人性化,对于解读和应用CPFR技术具有重要的现实意义。     

R＆D项目影响因素的筛选及优化分析

影响R&D项目成败的因素是多种多样的,来自于方方面面。在实证调研的基础上建立了影响因素初选集,之后针对不同类型的因素,分别运用字2检验、T检验及因子分析的方法对初始因素集进行优化,为项目的评价工作建立更为科学、有效的指标体系。

The lexicographic composition of abstract games

The lexicographic composition of reflexive and complete binary relations (which are often called abstract games) is studied. The necessary and sufficient conditions are obtained for a lexicographic composition of quasi transitive relations to be quasi transitive.The case of acyclicity of lexicographic composition of two relations is also investigated. 本文主要从四川民营企业的外部视角,即从影响其融资结构形成的政府和金融中介组织的行为优化角度,分析探讨政府与金融机构在四川民营企业扩大融资渠道、调整融资方式和克服融资障碍方面所能提供的支持服务,以及在营造有利于改善四川民营企业融资结构的外部环境方面的努力方向与可行措施。     

Asset Specificity and Vertical Integration

Asset specificity is usually considered to be an argument for vertical integration. The main idea is that specificity induces opportunistic behavior, and that vertical integration reduces the cost of preventing opportunism. In this paper I show that asset specificity can be an argument for non‐integration. In a repeated‐game model of self‐enforcing relational contracts, it is shown that when parties are non‐integrated, increasing degrees of asset specificity make it possible to design relational contracts with higher‐powered incentives.     

网上购物行为影响因素实证研究

本文在创新接受理论的基础上，从渠道特性和个体特性的角度建立我国网络购物行为影响因素假设模型，并通过网上调查，运用结构方程建模进行实证研究。研究表明，感知网络购物有用性、感知网络购物容易使用、消费者网络经验、收入和体验型购物导向是决定消费者网络购物的关键因素。
